Enhancements and Updates

1. Search by Bid Address

The bid, job, and customer search pages have been enhanced to allow the user to filter results based on the address.  The results have also been updated to break out the address fields into separate columns for easier sorting.

The Report Builder has been updated to break out the address into separate columns as well in the results.

2.  Selecting Hourly Pay Type When Clocking In

Previously when installers used the tech app to clock in and out, the only option available was to simply start and stop their time. Now with this new update, users will be able to select their pay rate type upon clocking into the system. These pay rate options available will depend upon the pay types that have been set up with your installers. Examples of these rate types could be ‘Regular’, ‘Drive Time’, ‘Shop Time’, etc. Any of these options can be set up within the installer’s resource page. 3. Filter Payroll Report by Office

The Payroll Report has now been updated to allows users to filter the report by office/branch. This new option will allow you to display your resources based on their home office, making it simple to narrow down your results to the resources you need!
