1. Tech Platform- Show/Hide Tab Permissions

    • JobPro has made updates to our technician platform to allow the tabs to be turned on or off. This will enable you to structure your installer’s permissions to your desire. This includes the materials, recommendations, expenses, signoff, and documents tabs.

  2. New Quantity Value to the Job Document Template

    • The estimated installed unit of measure has been added as an available field to the work order. This new field is called the “estimatedInstalledUnit”. For example the new field would be the stroke count for foam, as the the work order already contained the estimated board footage and set count.

  3. Open Office Restrictions on Inventory Transfers

    • JobPro has created a permission to allow users to transfer material to offices/warehouses without giving that user/users access to those offices/warehouses.

  4. Unit Cost Context for Proposal Template

    • JobPro has created a feature within the proposal templates to pull the bid item’s unit price

  5. New Daily Schedule Report Filters

    • JobPro has expanded its filters to the Daily Schedule Report. This report will now include the equipment, resources, and job type filters to give users more capability using this report.

  6. Office Name on Sales Compensation Report Excel and PDF Exports

    • The Excel and PDF exports on the Sales Compensation Report has been updated to include the office name related to the invoice or job the commissions are associated with.
