1. Labor Multiplier on Bid Item Multipliers Reference Entry

    • To simplify item entry, we’re enhancing the BidItemMultipliersReferenceEntry table so users no longer have to pick labor difficulty in two separate places. A new labor multiplier field will be added directly to that table, while the existing Labor (Difficulty) dropdown will remain available for standalone use when needed.  When a job is created, all applicable labor multipliers—both from the table and from the standalone labor difficulty—will be combined and applied to the job item’s labor cost. The update item costs functions on both bids and jobs will also use this new field to ensure consistency.  Additionally, we’re adding an office ID field to the table.  this will allow labor multipliers to be filtered by the office tied to the bid. If no office is specified, the system will use the default values.

    2. Stock Order Entry Warning

    • When creating a Stock Order, if you change the selected Warehouse in the search filters after already adding items to the Order, the Warehouse associated with the order does NOT change. This creates confusion as it’s no longer clear which Warehouse the stock order is being created for.  We have created a warning to display this action to users.

    3. Auto Process Parent Jobs with No Items

    • When a job is created and split into multiple work orders, the system automatically creates a parent job. This parent job normally has no items and no billable amount. This setting will now automatically process parent jobs with no items.

    4. Inventory Search

    • JobPro now allows users to press Enter to search for inventory.  Previously users would have to click on “Find Items” to run the search inventory report.

      5. Tech App Single Page Update

      • JobPro has updated the tech platform to display on one singular page.  This will allows users to scroll on the phone or tablet to navigate to the different fields in the tech platform.  The tabs that the user would previously use to navigate the tech platform will still be available, but instead of taking the user to a separate page, it will scroll to the desired field automatically.
This release also includes various bug fixes, performance enhancements, and behind-the-scenes updates to improve overall stability and system reliability.
