1.Job Expenses can now be edited inline (JPD-782)

  • Job Expenses on the Job Processing tab can now be edited directly — you no longer need to delete and re-enter an expense to correct the amount or description. Editing is blocked on jobs where processing is complete, with clear messaging to distinguish between "unlock processing first" and "closed calendar period" scenarios.

2.Customer payment links: restrict payment methods per customer (JPD-1155)

  • Organizations using Merchant Services can now control which payment methods (Credit Card and/or ACH) are available for individual customers. These settings appear on the customer record and are respected on both deposit and invoice payment links. Requires the "Configure Merchant Services" permission (255) to manage.

3.Bid checklist enforcement moved from Proposal to Job Creation (JPD-1212)

  • Previously, an incomplete bid checklist would block proposal generation. The enforcement point has been moved: proposals can now be generated regardless of checklist status, and the checklist is instead required when converting a bid to a job.

4.Invoice templates: Job Address now available (JPD-1216)

  • Invoice templates can now include the job address (line 1, line 2, city, state, zip) using the invoice.jobs context. Parent job addresses are also accessible.

5.Crews and Crew Members added to Reporting database (JPD-1231)

  • The Crews and Crew Members (Crew Resources) tables are now available in the Power BI reporting database, including crew/truck name, equipment ID, and member names. This enables scheduled-crew-per-day analytics.
