1. Material Quantity Adjustment for Work Orders

    • With this update, when a job is created, materials configured with the quantity adjustments will have their quantities automatically reduced on the work order.

    • This adjustment will be configured within the Item Type configuration and will be applied to all items within that item type.

    • Adjustments can be made to these percentages on a bid-by-bid basis

    • When using the 'Adjust to Estimated' labor feature, payouts will be based on the adjusted quantities

    Example

    • If 100 units of Batts are estimated and a 12% reduction is set, the work order will reflect 88 units—and payouts will calculate based on that.

This setting is available by item type and users will need to contact support in order to have this turned on.

    2. Scheduler Totals & Display Settings

    • New: Totals Row & Display Controls

    • New Totals Row settings via the gear icon in the Scheduler

    • Toggle entire row on/off.

    • Show/hide Job Counts and UOM Totals (e.g., sq ft, bags).

    • Include/exclude specific item types from totals.

    • Totals Display (Week & Day Views)

    • Selected totals now appear in both Week and Day views:

    • Jobs: X

    • Materials: ItemType1: 100 sq ft, ItemType2: 200 bags, etc.

    • Other Updates

    • Scheduler job cards updated to use a top-line color indicator instead of a full background color for cleaner visuals.

    3. Template Totals Report

    • JobPro is providing a report that shows all templates and their group totals in one spot. This is a view only report that users can utilize to see which customers templates have specific pricing per group, option or alternate. Contact support if you’d like access to this report.

    4. Inventory Streamlining

    • We're excited to preview a major update to inventory management—designed to simplify workflows and improve accuracy. While this enhancement won’t be activated immediately for your organization, we’ll be hosting a webinar on Monday, October 6 at 1 PM EST to walk through the new features.

    • Limited Inventory Access – Users can create counts and orders only with inventory lite.

    • Auto-Pull from Warehouses – Automatically pull materials from warehouses, while maintaining the ability to never allow your inventory to go negative.

    • Inventory by Office – don’t want to turn inventory on for your entire location? That’s okay – we allow users to turn inventory by office with this new update.

    • ...and more enhancements to streamline your process.
